The Kennedy Heights Arts Center is housed in the historic Kennedy Mansion, a Gothic style home built in 1875 and fully renovated in the 2000’s. Make use of our creative, inspiring environment for your next party, event or business meeting.
The Galleries
Our first-floor art galleries host newly restored wood floors, 14 foot ceilings, 3 fireplaces and large windows that overlook our beautiful gardens. Artwork is always on display which provides a unique and lovely backdrop for any event. The Cincinnatus Room provides seating for 30-40 for a sit down dinner, and the entire five room gallery area can accommodate 110 for a cocktail style event.
Front Porch and Gazebo
For events during the warmer months, guest can enjoy our large front porch and gazebo. The gazebo has electrical outlets so your favorite band can set up and perform. Our front plaza can be arranged with large round outdoor tables and chairs for additional seating so that your guests can experience the music.
The Grounds
The Arts Center is situated on 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds including mature trees, lush gardens, plaza and a large grassy area. A canopy tent can be set-up in our front lawn to accommodate 60 people for an outdoor dining experience.
Meeting Rooms
Kennedy Heights Arts Center offers several options for day-long or hourly off-site meetings and workshops. Our conference room on the first floor and tower room on the second floor each seat up to 12 people at tables. The Cincinnatus Room can hold up to 40 people seated at tables or 50 people auditorium style to accommodate larger groups.
Artscape Studio
The lower level of the Arts Center is home to our Artscape Studio. This large classroom with concrete floors is a great setting for art workshops, classes and children’s birthday parties. The Artscape Studio can accommodate up to 25 people seated at tables. Art-themed birthday packages are available which include a hands-on art project led by our staff.
Kennedy Heights Arts Center is centrally located within 2 miles of the Ridge Ave. exit off I-71, 2 miles south of Kenwood Towne Center and just 8 miles from downtown Cincinnati.
